Harriet and Fiona have worked together creating music for several years with songs airing on Fox TV and represented by major music agencies. Between London and Tasmania, they share lyrical and musical ideas, and write uplifting songs in a range of pop genres. Harriet provides the lyrics and melody from her studio in the UK, while in her Red Robin Recording Studios, Fiona provides the technical wizardry that transforms each musical idea into a perfect, radio-ready song.

Why Do We Write Wedding Songs?

Have you ever tried to tell someone how it feels to love them… only you haven’t been able to find the right words?  “I have been writing songs since I was a teenager”, says Harriet. “That was my way of expressing emotions, like love, that were difficult to say out loud in words. Somehow when I wrote the words down and then put them to a melody, I was able to express my feelings in a whole new way. And when I sang my songs to other people they could understand what I was feeling too! And that is the magic of music. It allows us to express and communicate our deepest emotions in a way that can be very difficult in conversation.”

How Does It Work?

In a nutshell, you can fill out our enquiry form to get started. Then we organise a Zoom session so we can get to know you and discover the details of your love story that you would like included in your song. We will also talk about song style, mood and tempo so we make sure we create the right song for you. We will then get to work writing and producing your song. When we have the basic song demo ready we will get back together with you over Zoom for a song reveal. This is your chance to check that we have all details included correctly and that the song is in the right genre, before we cut the final song. The whole process takes 6-8 weeks.
